A dead body is discovered in a somewhat strange state- the victim seemed to have been getting his hair cut when he was stabbed using a pair of scissors used for the haircut. CID initially think it might have been an crime of passion, but are soon realize they have a serial killer on loose, when another body is found the same day in exact same condition. The killer then kidnaps another victim, a businessman named Madhusudhan. Will CID be able to save him before it is too late?
