A corpse is found with all of its blood sucked out. According to an eyewitness, this blood was sucked out by a person. The investigation starts and CID find out that the culprit at the crime scene is a man named Ratnesh, who is on the run. They find out that he has a strange attraction to blood and has killed his younger brother, mother, and father, all by sucking their blood out. With this dangerous man on the run, with CID be able to save the day?
