Arnab is found murdered in his study room while his wife's birthday party is going on. CID starts its investigation and leads takes them to Shiela who Arnab was fighting with over the phone. As the cops finally trace her she also turns out to be dead. A common telephone number within their friend circle but attributed to two different names make the cops realise that they are dealing with a con artist who is using multiple identities. CID needs to solve the murder mystery.
