Rhea's mother is a film director. On Diwali night, Rhea and Tina, two cousins decide to play a joke on the assistant director. Rhea calls him up and says that she knows what he has done and she will tell the cops. The call is immediately ended on the other side. Both the girls think that they have actually scared of the AD, Poorak. But this crank call is immediately followed by Rhea's murder. CID gets on the case to find the murderer.
