A panel of culinary experts, including chefs Rakesh Raghunathan, Shreeya Adka, and Koushik Shankar, are out on the search for the best home cook. Which one of these contestants will make their place in the Top 14?

Episode 1

Hundreds of aspirants and one common dream - to become the next MasterChef. What feedback do the esteemed chefs have for these aspirants?

Episode 2

The auditions for MasterChef India - Tamil continue, as several home cooks present their unique dish ideas in front of the judges. Which contestants will be able to fulfil their dreams?

Episode 3

The Top 19 home cooks gear up to battle it out in the kitchen with their dishes being judged on innovation, presentation and taste. Who will win an apron with their name on it and make it to the Top 12, and who will go home?

Episode 4

The home cooks move on to their next challenge. The cooks see their reflection in the mirror and cook a dish that best represents them in under sixty minutes. Who will make it to the apron?

Episode 5

The home cooks are given their favourite ingredients as a core ingredient that they must highlight in their dish. As a mid challenge twist, the chefs throw in their favourite ingredients as well to incorporate in the dish.

Episode 6

The home cooks work with 8 ingredients that they find in their mystery box. However, mid-challenge, 5 flavour bombs are introduced and the home cooks must highlight their respective flavour bombs in their dish.

Episode 7

Of the 8 home cooks competing in the challenge, the first 4 to make the perfect egg ravioli get the chance to choose their partner for the Tag Team Challenge. Each pair, then, must prepare a dish in 60 minutes. However, both home cooks cannot cook at the same time. With the chefs swapping out the home cooks at any time throughout the challenge, which pair will come out on top?

The home cooks must replicate the dish presented by Chef Shreeya Adka to avoid elimination. The creator of the least impressive dish will be sent home.

Episode 10

Of the 51 ingredients presented by Chef Rakesh Raghunathan, the home cooks must use at least 30 of them and prepare two dishes.

Episode 11

While preparing the 2 dishes, the home cooks are presented with an opportunity to consult with Chef Kaushik and Chef Shreeya. However, to do so, they must sacrifice 15 minutes of their cook time.

Episode 12

The home cooks are divided into two teams for a service challenge. Each of the teams must prepare a 3-course meal for Tamil food influencers. Which team will impress the influencers and stay in the race for the Immunity Pin?

Episode 14

With 5 home cooks kicking off the blind taste test, the last 2 standing will face off against Chef Shashi Cheliah. The home cook who is able to beat the chef will win the immunity pin.

Episode 15

The home cooks must present a dish with sound as the main highlight.

Seven home cooks try to convert their black aprons to white with a Pasta Skill Test. The bottom 2 are sent directly into the elimination challenge. The rest of the home cooks must face a Team Relay Challenge to present a dish that highlights their assigned core ingredient.

This elimination round is a Challenge Marathon where the home cooks face four challenges and a cook off round to save themselves.

Episode 20

The home cooks must prepare a dish, that represents a special childhood memory of them, using India Gate Basmati Rice.

Usually in the MasterChef Kitchen homecooks are restricted by time. However, for the Overnight Challenge, they have 2 days to cook their dish featuring an overnight component. They have 45 minutes to prep for their dish and leave it overnight, with 60 minutes the next day to complete it.

The home cooks try their luck by choosing their ingredients from 6 food groups, each of which have 5 covered cloches. Along with one ingredient from each food group, the home cooks must also face a mid-challenge twist.

Episode 25

For the first challenge of the semi-final, the home cooks are introduced to the Fire Mystery Box containing fiery ingredients - some spicy in nature while some that produce heat in the body. The cooks must use a minimum of 4 ingredients from the box in their final dish.

The home cooks face the Liquid to Dessert Challenge brought in by Chef Nikitha Umesh and Chef Akshay Stanley. To secure a spot in the final week, the home cooks must turn their assigned liquid into a MasterChef-level dessert.

The home cooks must replicate the dish presented by Chef Kousik in terms of its taste and presentation. However, they must rely on their memory to recreate it.

Episode 30

The 6 home cooks are given 6 different iconic curries, and in front of them are proteins that match the curries. While each home cook is assigned one protein, to receive one to their preference, they must bid from their cooking time.

Episode 31

In the second challenge of the Finale Week, the home cooks must take on a replication challenge brought in by Chef Pooja Dhingra and will be judged based on presentation and taste.

Episode 32

In this challenge, Chef Shreeya Adka prepares a dish in front of the contestants. The home cooks must match up to her speed, technique and skills for a shot at cooking in the finale.

Episode 33

The judges taste the dishes prepared by the home cooks in the Cook Along Challenge. Who will make it to the finale?

Episode 34

The finalists must prepare not one, but two signature dishes - one savoury and one sweet - for their last challenge. Who will win the MasterChef title this season?
