The star batsman of a domestic cricket league team is killed in an explosion in the middle of the pitch. When the cops are called to investigate, they immediately suspect a betting angle. However, as they soon realise, the victim was a brash, arrogant player who had more enemies than friends. Someone might have hatched a conspiracy using this very fact, and the CID will have to uncover multiple layers to get to the real mastermind behind it all. But how will they do it?
